2023 Parade Application

Event to be held Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM
The Burnsville Festival and Fire Muster Parade is a great opportunity to show your company or organization’s culture and employees on display to thousands of parade watchers. We encourage displays, floats, trailers, or any type of method you can walk, ride or drive in the parade.

Please note: Any messages, decorations and entertainment in your parade entry must be family friendly to all ages and respectful of all people and consistent with our mission and values.

NOTE: We require all forms to be completed and payments to be made using our new online system. No exceptions will be made as our volunteer support staff can no longer handle manual hard copies of applications and payments by mail.

PLEASE DO NOT MAIL ANY FORMS OR PAYMENTS TO US VIA MAIL!  ALL PAPER SUBMISSIONS WILL BE RETURNED AT OUR CONVENIENCE AND MAY NOT BE HANDLED UNTIL AFTER THE EVENT CONCLUDES.

All electronically submitted forms will be prioritized based on when they are received.

Parade Fees:

  • Fire Truck Parade Entry (Not for Hire): Free
  • 501C3 & Gov Non-Profit: $50
  • Business & Political: $250
