Welcome all potential Food or Merchant Vendors, and Parade participants to the Burnsville Festival & Fire Muster VENDORS Page.
This is an informational quick reference for Vendor and parade costs.

2024 MERCHANT (PRODUCT, SERVICE or DISPLAY) VENDORS:
Merchant Fees
- Thursday night: $75/space
- Electricity Thu – Limited 110 outlets- First Come First Served. You must provide your own generator if no outlets are available.
- Friday / Saturday: $150 per 10’x10′ booth space NOTE: We offer a $25 discount if 2 spaces rented, $50 off if 3 spaces rented. Price in cart will automatically be adjusted.
- Electricity Fri & Sat: $50/space (20amp/110v only)

- Set-up: Thu 3:00 p.m.—4:30 p.m.
- Friday 5:00 p.m.—8:00 p.m. (Civic Center Park festival Grounds)
- Saturday 11:00 a.m.—8:00 p.m. (Civic Center Park Festival Grounds)
- Set-up: Friday 12:00 p.m.—3:00 p.m.*
- Teardown: Saturday 11:30 p.m.—12:30 a.m.*

- Thursday 5-8 (limited spots available): $40/space (No Electricity provied. If you require electricity, you must provide your own generator)
- Thu Set-Up: 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. NOTE: We offer a $25 discount if 2 spaces rented, $50 off if 3 spaces rented. Price in cart will automatically be adjusted.
- Friday / Saturday: $100/space
