2025 Parade Application

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Burnsville Festival Community Parade, its directors, officers, and employees agree to hold Burnsville Fire Muster and Community Celebration, a 501c3 non-profit organization, its Board of Directors, members and volunteers, and the City of Burnsville and its elected officials, employees, agents, and volunteers harmless and waive any right to make claims or bring a cause of action against them. I acknowledge this parade is not a service provided by the City of Burnsville. I acknowledge any persons participating in the parade do so at their own risk and must complete an individual liability waiver. Any equipment utilized during the parade is the sole responsibility of applicant.

Burnsville Festival may hold the parade in inclement weather. There is no rain date scheduled or refunds for a rainout or other cancellation of the parade caused by forces beyond the control of the Burnsville Festival. No Refunds will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals from the parade by entrants.
