Vendor & Parade Fee Information

Welcome to the Burnsville Festival & Fire Muster Vendor & Parade Info page. Below you’ll find a quick-reference guide to fees, schedules, and setup instructions for Food Vendors, Merchant Vendors, 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Vendors, and Parade Participants.


Merchant Vendors (Product, Service, or Display)

Merchant Fees:

  • Thursday Night: $75 per space (Nicollet Commons Park)

    • Electricity is limited to 110v outlets and is available first come, first served. Vendors must supply their own generator if outlets are unavailable.

  • Friday & Saturday: $150 per 10’x10′ booth space (Civic Center Park Festival Grounds)

    • Discounts: $25 off if renting 2 spaces, $50 off if renting 3. Discounts are automatically applied in cart.

  • Electricity (Fri & Sat): $50 per space (20 amp / 110v only)

Merchant Vendor Hours:

  • Thursday Display: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    • Set-up: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

  • Friday Display: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    • Set-up: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM*

  • Saturday Display: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    • Teardown: 11:30 PM – 12:30 AM*


501(c)(3) Non-Profit Vendors

501(c)(3) Fees:

  • Thursday (Limited Availability): $40 per space

    • No electricity is provided. Vendors requiring power must bring their own generator.

  • Friday & Saturday: $100 per space

    • Discounts: $25 off if renting 2 spaces, $50 off if renting 3. Automatically applied at checkout.

501(c)(3) Vendor Hours:

  • Thursday Display: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Nicollet Commons Park)

    • Set-up: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

  • Friday Display: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Civic Center Park)

    • Early close at 8:00 PM is allowed—no earlier

  • Saturday Display: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Civic Center Park)

    • Early close at 8:00 PM is allowed—no earlier

  • Weekend Set-up: Friday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM*

  • Teardown: Saturday 11:30 PM – 12:30 AM*


Food Vendors

Food Vendor Fees:

  • Thursday (Limited Availability): $50 per space

    • No electricity is provided. Vendors requiring power must bring their own generator.

  • Friday & Saturday: $500 per space

Electricity Options:

  • 20 Amp – $50

  • 30 Amp – $125

  • 50 Amp – $175

  • Thursday Display: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Nicollet Commons Park)

    • Set-up: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM

  • Friday Display: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Civic Center Park)

  • Saturday Display: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Civic Center Park)

  • Weekend Set-up: Friday 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM*

  • Health Inspections: Must be complete by 3:00 PM Friday

  • Teardown: Saturday 11:30 PM – 12:30 AM*


Parade Participants

Parade Entry Fees:

  • Fire Truck Parade Entry (Not for Hire): Free

  • Non-Profit Parade Entry: $30

    • Must be a verified 501(c)(3), government entity, or school district

  • Business & Political Parade Entry: $250
