You Belong
at the Burnsville Festival & Fire Muster!
September 10 – 12th, 2026

New Security Measures enforced starting in 2025:
To ensure we continue to provide a Safe Festival for All, we are introducing enhanced security features. You will notice the City of Burnsville fencing around construction areas, and we are extending the fence around the main festival grounds. Also, similar to what you see at the State Fair and major sporting events, we will have 3 security-staffed Entry/Exit points with metal detectors & bag check:
1.   Civic Ctr Pkwy off Nicollet Ave
2.  Ice Ctr / Bus Stop
3.  Hillside from Nicollet Middle School.

NOTE: We do not allow Weapons, Coolers, Food, Beverages (personal water bottles OK), Pets, or Emotional Support Pets (Registered/Red Vested Service Dogs accepted)

New Unsupervised Minor Policy:
As an added measure of ensuring a Safe Festival for All, we are instituting an 8 pm curfew for unsupervised minor policy. A
t 8:00 pm, all minors 17 & under will require a parent or guardian with them. If no parent or guardian is on site, the minor will have to depart the Festival. Our Burnsville Police officers will be informing minors and enforcing this new policy starting at 8:00 pm. A Guardian may be responsible for a maximum of 4 minors, unless they are all immediate family members.
