Friday 1,200 Drones! Aerial Show- Remembering 25th Anniversary of 9/11/2001

We are so pleased to present our 2nd annual 1,000 1,200 Drones! Aerial Drone Show at 9:30pm Friday night, September 11.  This is a special remembrance honoring the 25th Anniversary of the tragic 9/11 attacks and the brave men and women first responders who gave their lives to save others. The show will also pay homage to our own Burnsville fallen heroes.

Please note: The 9:30pm launch time is our goal, however it may be affected by weather and winds.

 

VIEWING OUTSIDE OF FESTIVAL GROUNDS SOUTH SIDE-

We rcognize many people love to come enjpy the aerial shows we offer our community each year.

You are welcome to place blankets or chairs to sit on a section of the fields directly behind Nicollet Jr High, between security perimeter lines and fencing that section off the Drone and Fireworks safety areas.

Additionally, Friday night you can also occupy the Fireworks safety zone (east side of fence line) as there is no Fireworks Friday evening. (see map below)

And Saturday night you can occupy the area behind Sly Oaks as there is no Drone Show on Saturday. (see map below)

NOTE: This show is 700 ft off the ground and viewable from a distance.  Please be careful while parking your car in on approved roads to view from a distance.
