I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to provide my own tents, weights, lights, tables, trailers, dolly, extension cords, power strips, power adapters, chairs, safety rope, cleaning materials, vendor products, etc.

I will clean up my space upon departure.

I acknowledge this is a rain or shine festival and that weather related refunds will not be issued.

I will staff my booth to cover all required vendor hours.

I understand that I will not be allowed to drive on the festival grounds except during designated times.

I will not sell or bring onto the festival grounds explosives, fireworks, animals, or alcohol, audio/visual messages that are likely to go against our mission.

I understand that it is my responsibility to pay all required sales tax on all my sales made at the Burnsville Festival & Fire Muster.

I, hereby, indemnify the Burnsville Fire Muster and Community Celebration, a 501c3 non-profit organization and the City of Burnsville; and I accept the GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS attached to this application regarding participation in the event.
