Collaboration

The Parks Frameworks Plan provides an opportunity to repurpose park space at Civic Center Park. The warming house and outdoor ice rink were slated to be removed sometime in 2021-2024 and we are able to combine the Frameworks Plan and Grow Burnsville to create a space to better serve our community.
